Kinga MaryN

"The fleeting breath of urban life"

My artistic work combines the transience of life with the dynamics of urban space and shows how closely these two concepts are intertwined. I devote myself to the fleeting moments that are often overlooked in everyday life but have a profound meaning. These moments, as inconspicuous as they may seem, are as elemental as a breath and carry a special beauty within them.

Through my urban paintings I create a surreal infinity that reflects the immeasurable vastness of existence. This vastness is both intangible and present in every detail. My works transform the past into a timeless beauty and offer the viewer an atmosphere of timelessness. I strive for an aesthetic that defies transience and creates moments of eternal presence.

My artistic journey is deeply influenced by the exploration of infinity and transience. The urban space, where buildings decay and memories fade, symbolizes constant change and is a constant reminder of the fleeting nature of life. My paintings invite us to reflect on our own transience and recognize the beauty of change.

By linking the themes of transience and urban space, I want to encourage the viewer to reflect on their own existence and develop a deep awareness of the fleeting nature of life. My art is a tribute to the joy of being and an invitation to consciously experience life in all its facets and colors. It should encourage people to see the special in the everyday and to celebrate life in all its splendor.

Kinga MaryN holds her picture in both hands and looks at it

Kinga MaryN: "Art that heals hearts" Born in 1974, she devoted over 30 years of her life to caring for seriously ill patients in intensive care units, in acute care, and in areas such as oncology and dementia care. Her professional experiences have had a profound impact on her, as she experienced numerous life stories and fates first hand. She became aware of how quickly and unpredictably life can take a turn and how often it is too late to realize dreams or do important things. These insights inspired Kinga MaryN to follow her inner voice and devote herself to her passion for art. What began as an intuitive experiment on the canvas quickly developed into her true calling. A particularly formative experience was meeting a dying man in the intensive care unit who had lost contact with his daughters and could no longer see them before he died. This tragic story reminded Kinga MaryN of her own past and the loss of her father, whom she was also unable to see alive due to family separations and difficult circumstances. These parallels led to a deep reflection on transience and missed opportunities. Through this confrontation, Kinga MaryN gained inner strength and clarity and decided to use art as a channel to pass on her insights and feelings. In her works, Kinga MaryN uses purist tools such as acrylic paint, brushes and canvas. She applies her greatly expanded, intuitively selected color palette in many layers, washing the colors in places to achieve a gentle softening effect. She emphasizes certain details with contrasts and accents, while deliberately leaving others open to depict the depth and complexity of life. Thanks to major exhibition successes in Bonn and the surrounding area, her works are increasingly gaining enthusiasm throughout Germany. Her works are very popular with newcomers as well as art collectors. Her works are enjoying growing popularity and have already attracted the attention of art experts. Today Kinga MaryN lives and works in Bonn. Her art is an expression of her deep conviction that everyone is responsible for their own happiness and that life, in its transience, should be lived consciously and fulfilled.
